Florida Water Loss Program

The Florida Water Loss Program will guide participating utilities through four stages spread out approximately over a two-year period, beginning in 2023, and train them to use the AWWA Free Water Audit Software, partake in water audit data validation and develop water loss control recommendations based on their specific water audit results. Participation in the program includes free training and technical assistance from national water loss experts, validated AWWA M36 water audit and recommended next steps for water loss reduction and revenue recovery.
