The Suwannee River Water Management District (District) is requesting proposals for invasive plant treatment services on the Starke Bypass Project Area in Bradford County. Work will be done to help control and eradicate invasive plant species in the identified treatment areas and facilitate the natural community restoration and maintenance goals identified in the area mitigation plan. Although some units within the project area may have been treated for invasive plants in the past, most units will be receiving an initial treatment.

| A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the project site at 10:00 a.m. on May 26, 2022. A map and directions are included in SECTION - 5 and ATTACHMENT - A. This will be the only opportunity to survey treatment areas before submitting proposals. Contractors are required to be on time and sign in to avoid disqualification. Important project information will be reviewed during this meeting. The remaining time can be spent surveying treatment units.
