The Suwannee River Water Management District is proposing amendments to chapter 40B-9 of the Florida Administrative Code which are intended to provide information to landowners and professionals concerning the procedures followed by the Suwannee River Water Management District for acquisition and management of real property interests pursuant to chapter 373, Florida Statutes.
